These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nora Publisher. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your connected account, the accuracy of information you provide and all actions you authorize.

The service

Nora Publisher helps creators prepare, preview and publish their own short-form music videos to supported platforms. Features may include account authorization, metadata review, privacy and interaction settings, upload, status monitoring and duplicate-post prevention.

Creator control

You choose the account, content and publication settings. Nora Publisher will transmit a video only after you expressly confirm the action. Platform processing, moderation, visibility and distribution remain controlled by the destination platform.

Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Nora Publisher a limited, revocable license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the service you request. You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses and permissions necessary for the video, audio, music, artwork, likenesses and metadata you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nora Publisher to publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized material; impersonate another person; distribute spam; bypass platform safeguards; scrape third-party content; upload content copied without permission; conceal required commercial or synthetic-media disclosures; or interfere with the service.

Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok and other connected services is also governed by their own terms, community guidelines, music rules and privacy policies. Nora Publisher is an independent application and is not endorsed by TikTok.

Availability and changes

We may improve, restrict, suspend or discontinue features to protect creators, comply with law or platform requirements, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular reach, view count or recommendation outcome.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nora Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, platform decisions, content removal or reduced distribution arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account access at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these Terms, security risks or legal requirements.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
